Varied mountain tour through the forest with 2 beautifully situated mountain huts.
We start in the valley near the village of Lanersbach. Immediately after the start, we start our ascent to the 1st refuge. The Höllensteinhütte is located on the Loschboden, the paradisiacal
High plateau above the Tuxertal at 1,740 m above sea level. Very hospitable and delicious food are the keywords for this mountain hut.

We continue in the direction of Hochleger. Here we put the bike aside and walk in 45 minutes to the mountain top Tettensjoch. After enjoying the view, we descend and cycle to the Grieralm. A drink on the terrace should not be missed on this day.

Via the famous Griersee we cycle back to Lanersbach.

What to take with you on the walking tour:

A backpack with enough drinks and food (breakfast)
Make sure you have good sunglasses, sunscreen and/or possibly a cap.
Be aware of the dangers in the mountains. Always bring a vest and rain gear so that you are prepared for different weather conditions.
Shoes with a firm tread and, preferably, a high shaft, are required for our hikes. If you like to walk with walking sticks, feel free to take them with you.
Don't forget to bring your charged camera, so you can capture the most beautiful views and places for the future!
