You can cancel of course. What applies to you?

I have paid the deposit but I want to cancel more than 3 months before arrival. How does this work?
Normally this can be done free of charge and you will immediately receive a refund of the amount already paid. Due to the Corona crisis, the accommodations and we as a travel organization decided to send a voucher for the amount that has already been transferred. You can redeem this amount later and convert it to a new reservation.

I have paid the deposit but I want to cancel in less than 3 months before arrival. How does this work?
In this case, the general terms and conditions apply and also the time of cancellation. I have transferred the (residual) payment.

I want to go on vacation but the borders are closed. How does this work?

It is currently impossible to say what the situation will be in the long term. Keep an eye on the advice of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for developments. Also follow current developments on the Land Tirol website.

If you want to cancel the holiday now, the costs are for your own account. The closer to the departure date you cancel, the higher these costs. You can also discuss the options to rebook the holiday to another date.

The travel advice is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The negative travel advice is not a legally binding advice.
Travel insurers and travel organizations can decide for themselves whether to follow the advice.

If your booking for the accommodation is canceled, you are entitled to a refund of the amount you paid for it.
From 31-03-2020 we will issue a voucher for booked trips through Zillertal-reisen.com with arrival from May 2020 to October 2020. The voucher can be exchanged for a new stay in the booked accommodation at a later date. The value of the voucher is equal to the amount you paid.

No, you are not obliged to accept the voucher. You are always entitled to a refund. Due to the many cancellations, there is the risk that we risk bankruptcy if everyone reclaims money. That is why we offer vouchers instead of reimbursing the (paid) travel sum.

Why do I get a voucher instead of a refund?

Due to the exceptional circumstances, we and our accommodations have chosen this exceptional solution.

If you have booked one of our accommodations through Booking.com and you are faced with a mandatory cancellation, we will offer you a voucher for this. The value of the voucher is equal to the amount you paid to Booking.com. You can exchange the voucher for a new stay in the booked accommodation at a later date.

If you cancel the accommodation on Booking.com yourself, you are not entitled to a voucher and the cancellation conditions that apply to your accommodation apply.

When a company or accommodation goes bankrupt, the question is whether the company / accommodation still has enough money to repay you. In the case of the voucher, it is more likely that a company will not go bankrupt and that the holiday can continue at another time.

The voucher is valid for 1 year from the arrival date of the already booked trip. It is also possible to book a holiday with departure date after this year, if booked during the validity of the voucher.

The information below is specifically stated on the voucher:

-The name "Corona voucher
-The date of issue of the Corona voucher
-The validity of the Corona voucher;
-The value of the Corona voucher
-Validity of the Corona voucher

The value of the voucher is completely equal to the travel sum you have paid. Is the travel sum of your new holiday more expensive? Then you pay the difference yourself. If the new travel sum is lower, you will get the difference back in the form of a new voucher.

The voucher is personal (in the name of the current main booker)

Have you booked through Zillertal-reisen.com or at one of our accommodations on Booking.com and would you like to convert this trip to a later time? Then this is free of charge.

I have already paid a deposit but I want to wait with the remaining payment until I know more about the holiday. Is this possible?

We understand this of course and are flexible in this. Make this known to us and we will send a new reservation confirmation.

Make a reservation

The prices are per person and based on an adult, unless stated otherwise.

In the reservation schedule for each accommodation, you see an overview of what is included in the price and what you still have to pay on site. All prices shown are based on your own transport. Unless otherwise indicated.

We do not charge booking and reservation costs.

You will immediately see the availability of each accommodation. These are the dates that you can click to make a reservation.

You can read this in the overview of the facilities per accommodation. We would like to receive with a reservation how many highchairs and beds are required.

In most cases, a cot or high chair is available free of charge or for a small fee.

If you stay in an apartment or chalet, there is no child discount for the accommodation. When staying in a hotel or guesthouse, an accommodation discount usually applies. This differs per accommodation and will be visible per accommodation in the reservation overview.

In many cases we can give you an option: we will hold the accommodation for you for a few days without obligation. If you want to definitively book the option, please let us know before the option expires. After the option period has expired, the option expires and the accommodation can be booked again by others.

A large part of our accommodations can also be booked as a Mini Ski. Filter through our search and book system on the number of nights you want to stay, you will get an overview of the available accommodations.

We are a specialist in group accommodations. Contact us for a customized offer and all options.

This is after you agree to all the conditions in our booking street. You will always receive a confirmation by e-mail.

At the reservation you have different choices to pay the invoice. This can be done via a payment link or via your own transfer.

If you book at least 6 weeks before arrival, the deposit is 20% of the total amount.

We ask you to pay the remaining amount at least 6 weeks before arrival.
If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, we ask you to pay the full amount immediately.

It is not possible that all travelers pay separately. The entire down payment and / or remaining payment of the travel sum must be paid by the main booker (or one of the travelers).

The payment must be made stating your booking number (= also invoice number).

In many cases you pay the deposit directly at the reservation. At the latest 1 week after departure the deposit (if all in the reserved accommodation is in order) will be refunded.

If there are damage reports, this will be discussed with the main booker.

Cancellation / complaints

A trip can only be canceled by the main booker. A cancellation must be notified to us in writing (preferably by e-mail so that we can initiate the cancellation as quickly as possible). For more information about cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy.

Afterwards, after returning home, we can usually no longer solve the problems. We are present 365 days a year in the Zillertal and are always willing to immediately try to resolve the complaint.

You can submit complaints after returning by e-mail, quoting the booking number.

Extras

When booking the accommodation you can directly book the ski passes. We ensure that these are ready when you arrive at your accommodation.

If you first want to reserve the accommodation and later order the ski passes, you can do so no later than 2 weeks before arrival. In this case we will send you a separate invoice for the ski passes.

If you want to reserve ski lessons, you can do this via our form. In many cases we will send you an invoice in advance. Sometimes you will receive a voucher that you can hand in on the spot. In this case you can pay the amount on the spot. Any discounts are settled immediately.

If you want to rent material, this can be done via our form. In many cases we will send you an invoice in advance. Sometimes you will receive a voucher that you can hand in on the spot. In this case you can pay the amount on the spot. Any discounts are settled immediately.

You receive a 10% discount on all bookings for ski lessons and equipment hire arranged by us. This 10% discount does not apply to lunches and special offers from the ski school / sports shop.

We send the travel information and vouchers by e-mail at least one week before departure.
