The guest is advised to register for their individual offer via the online registration form, which must be filled in completely with their contact details. Early registration makes it easier for us to assign the mountain guides and put together the tour, and in turn guarantees the guest a free place on the date he wants.

By booking and recording an appointment, these general terms and conditions become part of the conclusion of the contract between you and Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH. Reservations can be made verbally or in writing.

Payment
When booking or securing a tour, the guest will receive an invoice in the amount of the deposit. This must be handed over by the guest to Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH within 14 days. At the beginning of the tour, the balance will be paid in cash to the respective guide or deposited in advance into our account. The guest will be informed in advance by Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH if they have to incur additional costs (lift tickets, overnight stays in huts, travel expenses, etc.). In the event of last-minute program changes, additional costs may be incurred at any time that cannot be calculated in advance

Insurance
All our guides have the highest possible training, whether they are a qualified mountain ski guide or a hiking guide. They also have comprehensive liability insurance. Participants and guests are not insured by Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH. We recommend that participants take out private health and/or accident insurance.

Liability
Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH is not liable for interruptions in performance caused by wind and weather, snow conditions, avalanche danger, lift failures or similar influences beyond its control. Likewise, no liability is accepted for the risk of injury, which is always present due to the nature of the programs covered by the contract. Each guest assumes this risk when concluding the contract and irrevocably agrees to follow the instructions and specifications of the tour guides unconditionally and accurately.

Cancellation by the guest
In case of cancellation of a booked tour by the guest, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before the start of the tour, cancellation is free of charge.
30 days to 14 days before the start of the tour - 50% of the offer price
from 14 days before the start of the tour - 100% of the offer price

Deposits up to 150 € can be retained at any time for office expenses, or respective cabin reservations, etc.
It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance.

In case of early termination or interruption of the tour by the guest, no refund can be made.
In the case of group bookings, if one or more guests withdraw, the price of the remaining guests may change

Conditions
Anyone who is physically fit or meets the requirements can participate in the events offered by Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH. The leader is entitled to exclude participants from the event if they are clearly/recognizably unable to meet the necessary requirements. In this case, the conditions of point 5 - Cancellation by the guest. If the entire trip has to be cancelled due to the fault of one or more persons, Refunds of the prize will be given to the participants of the group.

Cancellation by the organizer before the start of the event
If the number of participants is too low or if there are other circumstances (dangerous weather conditions, safety hazards, official measures or other force majeure) that prevent the offer from being carried out, the organiser may withdraw from the contract at short notice. If the customer is unable to rebook one of the alternative offers offered to him, the payments made (minus the services already used, office costs) will of course be refunded to him. Further claims for damages are excluded.

Program change before and during the event
Our offers take place in all weather conditions. We reserve the right to change the program for reasons of weather, avalanche danger, adverse conditions, safety. Participants agree to this circumstance by accepting the Terms and Conditions. Additional costs will be charged to the participant. In case of changes in the program due to a lack of constitution, concentration and fitness of the participants, no reduced costs will be refunded. Tour descriptions and walking times in our listings and on our homepage are only a rough guideline and may vary depending on the fitness and ability of the participants.

Minimum
If there are not enough participants, we have the right to cancel the offer or create another alternative offer for the guest. If the guest does not accept the alternative offer, the deposits paid will of course be refunded. Deposits up to €50 per person are non-refundable. If the guest still wishes to make use of the offer, the price may change.

Liability
Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH is not liable for interruptions in performance caused by wind and weather, snow conditions, avalanche danger, cable car failures or other influences beyond its control. Nor is any liability accepted for the risk of injury, which is always present due to the nature of the sports program and the tour.

Each participant assumes this risk when concluding the contract and irrevocably undertakes to follow the instructions and specifications of the mountain guides/hiking guides/ski instructors/cycling guides/flight instructors unconditionally and exactly. The participants also take into account that even with the strictest adherence to the instructions and specifications and despite the most careful tour planning, the risk of injury can never be completely eliminated.

Guarantee
Mountaineering is an outdoor activity and is therefore linked to the unpredictability of the forces of nature. That's why we can't guarantee success in the mountains. Only the mountain guide decides on the feasibility or cancellation of a tour or an event for the benefit of the participants.

Equipment
Loss or damage to the rented equipment will be charged by Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH. The equipment, which is provided by us free of charge, is continuously checked by our guides for perfect functionality. Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH cannot be held liable for accidents due to unrecognizable defects in the material.

Photos
All photos taken by our guides and photographers during the tours can be used for promotional purposes. The image rights belong exclusively to Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH and the photographers.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Republic of Austria applies to all legal relationships between Zillertal-reisen Oosterom GmbH and the participants of a booked tour. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes is the court of Zell am Ziller.
