Everything you need to know about the ski pass
With a day ski pass you can go to the ski area where you bought the ski pass. With a ski pass from two days, you have access to all cable cars and lifts in the total Zillertal area. Thanks to modern chip card technology, you can easily keep the ski pass in your pocket. When you carry the ski pass on the left-hand side on the upper body, it can be read automatically at the gates to the lifts. The built-in chip can be recharged repeatedly. A deposit of € 2 is requested for the chip card, which is fully refunded when returning an undamaged ski pass.
Discounts
A cheaper ski pass rate applies to young people and children:
- The adult rate applies to people born before 2004.
- The youth rate applies to people born between 01-01-2004 and 31-12-2007.
- The child rate applies to people born between 01-01-2008 and 31-12-2016.
Children born after 1 January 2017 will be transported in accordance with the conditions of carriage and accompanied by a paying adult if they do not occupy their own seat.
In addition, a discount applies to severely disabled people with a disability rate from 60%:
- The youth rate applies to adults.
- The child rate applies to young people.
- Children are transported for free.
- For a day ticket, the child rate applies to adults and children are transported free of charge.
Zillertal Arena & Ski-Arena Wildkogel
If you buy a ski pass for at least two days or more, the Zillertal Arena ski pass and the Zillertal Super ski pass are also valid in the Ski Arena Wildkogel am Bramberg. Between Neukirchen, Wald, Krimml and Königsleiten, you can use the ski bus for free with a valid ski pass.
The Salzburg Super Ski Card is also valid in the Zillertal Arena. More information about the Salzburg Super Ski Card can be found here.
Comments
- Wheelchair users have the option of using the cable car in Gerlos and Königsleiten to get to the ski area. You will be met by cozy mountain restaurants at the mountain stations.
- Pedestrian tickets are only issued to guests without winter sports equipment in the winter.
- Please note: when purchasing a ski pass or when checking your ski pass, you must be able to show proof of identity.
